HELD ON SATURDAY 26 OCTOBER 2024 AT PPA CENTRAL OFFICE, ISLAMABAD
The Secretary General presented the minutes of the 11th Executive Committee meeting for approval. Malik Muhammad Sharif Sahib, Vice Chairman of the North Zone, proposed the approval, and Mr. Rai Mansab Sahib, Member of the Executive Committee, seconded it. These minutes were circulated to all members one week prior to the meeting.
The Executive Committee has decided that Staff bonus will be decided by the HR Committee. All details are submitted to Secretary General PPA, who will present to the HR Committee.
Mr. Khaleeque Arshad suggested engaging national media and other publicity platforms to raise awareness among the public and promote the work we are doing for the poultry industry. In response to Mr. Abdul Haye Mehta said we are already working on this and are utilizing various social media platforms to publicize our events and activities.
In conclusion, Chairman PPA, Mr. Abdul Basit, thanked all the attendees for their participation in the meeting. He vowed to resolve existing and future issues in the poultry industry through coordinated efforts with all stakeholders in the poultry sector.
