Terms and Conditions

BOOKING

  1. Booking of Exhibition Halls 1, 2, and 3, along with the Foyer Area and Main Auditorium of Expo Centre, Johar Town, Lahore, is for a total of 7 days, as follows: 5, 6, and 7 October 2026 – Stall/booth buildup (3 days) 8, 9, and 10 October 2026 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) – Exhibition Days (3 days) 11 October 2026 – Dismantling (1 day)
  2. Booking of stalls/booths commenced immediately after the closing of IPEX-2025. Priority is accorded to previous stall holders for booking the same space. All remaining spaces will be allotted strictly on a First-Come First-Served basis, subject to 25% advance payment, provided no outstanding dues from previous IPEX events exist against the applicant company.
  3. All prospective Exhibitors are required to submit the attached Application Form along with a crossed cheque amounting to 25% of the total stall cost as advance payment till 31st December,2025 and 35% before 31st March 2026 Stalls will be allotted provisionally and confirmed only upon receipt of the remaining 40% balance on or before 31 July 2026.
  4. Companies booking two blocks of 6×12 meters (18×40 feet) shall not be permitted to include the passage area between the two blocks as part of their stall.
  5.   If a stall is cancelled a er booking, or if the Exhibitor fails to make full payment by 31st July 2026, 50% of the total cost shall be forfeited by PPA/IPEX, and the stall will be reallocated to another applicant.

NOTE

All applicable taxes are not included in stall/booth prices. All foreign companies must make payments in USD. As an additional USD 50 incidental charge applies to each foreign transaction. Exhibitor signature on the Application Form is mandatory.

GENERAL RULES

The following Rules, Regulations, and SOPs must be strictly observed. All Exhibitors are expected to extend full cooperation:

  1. All stalls/booths will be provided as bare space only.
  2. Maximum height for single-storey booths is 14 feet.
  3. Booths/Stalls for foreign companies will be booked in USD only. No local company may book a booth on behalf of a foreign exhibitor; however, foreign companies registered in Pakistan with SECP may book booths in Pak Rupees.
  4. Sound levels at booths may not exceed 70 dBA until 2:00 pm daily, in accordance with public disturbance noise regulations. No monitoring will be conducted after 2:00 pm.
  5. Subletting of stalls/booths is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors must use their allotted space under their own company name.
  6. All booths must be fabricated exclusively by PPA-registered vendors.
  7. Any interfering with another exhibitor's booth or equipment is strictly prohibited.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are final. Any changes will be communicated in writing by the Organizing Committee. Verbal instructions will not be entertained.
  9. At the me of booking, Exhibitors must provide their written consent to accept all terms and conditions outlined in this contract.

STALL/ BOOTHS BOOKING HALL # 2.

Only one stall will be allotted to each company in the central blocks of Hall No. 2. However, companies may book up to two stalls in Hall No. 1 and Hall No. 3.  Booking two blocks of 6×12 meters (18×40 feet) shall not be permited to include the passage  area between the two blocks as part of their stall.

ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising under these Regulations will be referred to the Exhibition Committee of IPEX-2026 for resolution. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding. No Exhibitor shall have the right to initiate legal proceedings against decisions made by the Organizing Committee or any committee constituted by IPEX-2026 of the Pakistan Poultry Association (N.R).

  • Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Exhibition Committee reserves the right to re-adjust, change, or cancel any allocated stall location, even if full payment has already been received.
